The thyroid gland is known as the “source of our understanding”; it is directly connected to the Vishuddha Chakra (throat chakra). Here lie the roots of the truth we communicate to the outside world, whether we are loyal and true to ourselves and convey this purity to the outside world, or whether we allow our mind to filter this truth. This ley lines flow sequence has a positive effect on the throat chakra and thus on the energetic state of the thyroid gland. It supports us to accept our inner world in love.

After a short explanation, we start streaming right away. You will receive the exercise afterwards. No prior knowledge is required, and for those who are new to this, it is also a great opportunity to get acquainted with this healing energy.
