I look back with a warm heart on the beautiful, warm and deepening ‘Power to the Heart’ workshop. A 4-day workshop with a nice group of people with the goal to live more from the heart (and less from the head).
Jutta and Stefan have the wonderful gift of guiding people through various exercises, meditations, constellation work with music and leyline healing to find their authentic selves, make deepening heart connections, reveal limiting beliefs and blockages and let them heal.
At times this involved laughter and tears, but always happened in a familiar, supportive environment. I went through an emotional transformation at times that allowed me to look at myself and the world around me more gently afterwards, healed and from my heart. Moreover, I also gained insight and experienced from my heart what my own gifts are, and what meaning they can have for other people.
Experiencing a ‘Power to the Heart’ workshop is highly recommended!
